This legal act aims to establish regulations on the justifications and procedure for imposing external controls at the companies that have violated the environmental and safety requirements on the fields and endangered the life or health of workers and residents in the areas affected by exploration and prospecting works.
A clause that sets forth a liability of a joint-stock company for exceeding the limitations placed on management bodies when temporary external controls are imposed supplemented the Criminal Code.
