Emomali Rahmon highlighted the crucial role women played in bringing up well-educated and courageous sons and daughters.
On March 7, President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon congratulated women of the Republic on Mother’s Day, celebrated in Tajikistan on March 8. He emphasised that mothers made a significant contribution to bring up hundreds and thousands of well-educated and courageous sons and daughters, the press office of the President of Tajikistan reports.
Rahmon said women did their best to raise spiritually rich people from their children. Mothers loved their child with all their heart and soul, because a child was the meaning of their life, the President added.
The President said children of Tajik mothers enhanced the authority of independent Tajikistan. He emphasised that the beautiful half of Tajik society had been working equally with men in various spheres for 30 years.
The leader of Tajikistan highlighted the crucial role women played in raising a healthy generation and their significant contribution to countering extremism and obscurantism.
He informed that the government agencies would develop and launch the National Women’s Empowerment Strategy for 2021–2030 in the near future. The Government will increase its support to businesswomen.
