Head of the Representative Office of the Ministry of Labour, Social Security and Migration of Kyrgyzstan in Moscow Zharkynai Galieva presented certificates of honour to the three young citizens of the Republic for their heroic actions during the terror attack at the Crocus City Hall in Moscow Region, the press office of the Ministry reported.
Islam Khalilov, Belek Kanybekov and Rustam Baktybekov received awards and honourable mentions from the Kyrgyz authorities.
Galieva expressed gratitude to the teenagers for their bravery and courage, by which they had saved many lives in a difficult situation. She expressed gratitude to the parents of the heroes for raising such strong and determined boys. According to Galieva, their heroic actions show that a great younger generation is growing. She wished them good health and heroic character in the future.
As was reported, the tragedy at the Crocus City Hall struck Moscow Region on March 22. 182 people were injured and 143 people were killed in the terror attack. The attackers were detained in Bryansk Region the day after and are now under arrest. The investigation is still ongoing.
