On March 22, President of the People’s Republic of China Xi Jinping congratulated President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov and the people of Turkmenistan on Nowruz, Turkmenistan: Golden Age e-Newspaper reports.
«Last year, we held open, friendly and fruitful meetings in China, jointly announced plans to raise China-Turkmenistan relations to the level of strategic partnerships and build a community of common destiny between China and Turkmenistan at the bilateral level, as well as made new interaction plans,» Xi Jinping noted in his telegram.
In this context, the Chinese leader focused on his readiness to maintain working contacts with his Turkmen counterpart, further advance cooperation in various fields and continuously enrich the content of China-Turkmenistan strategic partnerships. He expressed the willingness to jointly build a community of common destiny between China and Turkmenistan to improve the well-being of the two peoples.
Xi Jinping wished good health and every success in his state activities to Serdar Berdimuhamedov and happiness and prosperity to the friendly people of Turkmenistan.
