Tajikistan to open workforce training centres

In Tajikistan, it is planned to open education recruiting centres that will train workers who will work in the Russian labour market. This statement was made by Head of the Russia-Tajikistan Business Council Islam Nazaraliev after a meeting with the representatives of the Alandr Industrial Safety Centre.

According to Sputnik Tajikistan, the centres will provide professional training in construction, industrial safety, labour protection and environmental protection. They will offer additional training, retraining and advanced training programmes.

As was reported, RF President Vladimir Putin decided to increase the number of free quota places at Russian universities for Tajik citizens. In the 2024-2025 academic year, 1,000 places that will be paid for from the Russian budget.
