Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Akylbek Zhaparov met with the governors and plenipotentiaries of the regions. In his speech, he focused on the implementation of the university plans, presented earlier, the press office of the Government of Kyrgyzstan reports.
Akylbek Zhaparov noted that 2024 is the first year of joint work between universities and regions, and therefore the plans need to be implemented in practice, and not be limited to presentations. He called on the university rectors to provide young people with government jobs, as well as an opportunity to develop projects and provide consultancy.
The Prime Minister emphasised the importance of concluding bilateral agreements and encouraging the provision of the best university graduates with government jobs. In this way, they will contribute to the development of their region without leaving it. Governors can employ young specialists and nominate them to central government organisations.
