Kyrgyz parents get access to digital health profile of their children

Citizens of Kyrgyzstan gained access to their digital health profile in the Tunduk application. The data is provided by hospitals and clinics which patients refer to, the press office of the Ministry of Health of Kyrgyzstan reported.

Since December this year, not only adults, but also children have health profiles. Access to these profiles was given to parents and officials. According to the Ministry headed by Alymkadyr Beishenaliev, the application contains information about the clinic which the patient is assigned to, insurance status, hospitalization and laboratory tests. Information on vaccinations is also available in the profile.

The Ministry believes that the service will help parents monitor their children’s health and take an active part in the process. For example, the application sends notifications about the need to undergo vaccination or other treatment.
