President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon will deliver a Message to Parliament of the Republic on December 28, Sputnik reports. The information was shared by one of the guests to the event, who had received an invitation.
Rahmon will deliver a speech at a joint meeting of the upper and lower houses of Parliament. According to Sputnik, the President of Tajikistan will present the key aspects of the domestic and foreign policy.
The Administration of the President of Tajikistan has not yet released any official information about the upcoming Message. Government members, foreign diplomats, public figures and other officials are expected to attend the event.
The President of Tajikistan has been sending Messages to Parliament of the Republic every year since 2015. The President provides assessment of Tajikistan’s economic and social development and determines the programme and areas of foreign and domestic policy for the next year.
