The Xi’an Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Consulate General of Kazakhstan agreed to set up the Permanent Kazakhstan Pavilion at the Seventh International Silk Road Exhibition and the East-West Cooperation, Investment and Trade Exhibition in China, the press office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan reported.
The Kazakhstan Pavilion has started working. The representatives of the leadership of Shaanxi province and the administration of Almaty Region presented the new exhibitor. Guests to the Kazakhstan Pavilion could learn not only about the goods made in the Republic of Kazakhstan, but also about the culture and traditions of the country.
A business conference took place within the exhibition, during which the representatives of the Almaty region administration held talks on economic cooperation with the representatives of financial institutions and private investment companies of China.
“Following the talks, over 15 agreements and memoranda on further cooperation in construction, housing and communal service management, agriculture and livestock farming, import and export were signed,” the press office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan reported on the event attended by Marat Sultangaziev.
