On November 13, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov held an online meeting on the development of the agro-industrial sector. The President ordered livestock farms be prepared for the winter, Turkmenistan: Golden Age reported.
Berdimuhamedov instructed the high-ranking officials to ensure the accelerated pace of cotton harvesting and the proper care of wheat fields in strict compliance with agricultural technical standards. The President emphasised that the main requirement is the effective and proper performance of seasonal field works.
The President highlighted the importance of fulfilling the tasks of further developing the agricultural sector and maintaining food abundance. Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasised the important role of the agro-industrial sector in the national economy and gave specific instructions in this regard.
