President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov met with President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev in Tashkent during his working visit, the Telegram channel of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan reports the details.
The leaders of the countries discussed various aspects of Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan cooperation, including strengthening friendly relations, expanding cooperation and implementing joint projects.
The interlocutors expressed satisfaction with the progress of the implementation of the major investment, transport and energy projects, as well as the intensification of cultural exchange. They highlighted the positive dynamics in bilateral trade turnover.
The two leaders agreed to boost friendly cooperation in all areas, which would contribute to the well-being of the two peoples.
