President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov will pay a working visit to Kazakhstan. The aim of the visit is to attend the Summit of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS). The theme of the Summit is the TURKTIME collective concept: traditions, unification, reforms, knowledge, trust, investments and mutual energy, the Telegram channel of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan reports.
The participants will discuss the issues of the agenda and adopt the Astana Act and the Final Declaration of the Summit, which cover key areas of multilateral cooperation. They are also expected to sign multilateral documents on emergencies, metrology and the OTS transport programme and make personnel decisions in the Organization of Turkic States and the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation.
The decision to declare February 6 the Day of Remembrance for Disaster Victims and Solidarity of the Organization of Turkic States will be made.
The leaders of the OTS Members, including Turkey, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan and the heads of delegations from the observer countries will attend the Summit.
