On October 25, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov arrived in Ankara for an official visit. The President will hold high-level talks with his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan on further bilateral cooperation, Turkmenistan: Golden Age reported.
Serdar Berdimuhamedov was greeted at the Ankara airport by Minister of Energy and Natural Resources of Turkey Alparslan Bayraktar, accompanied by a group of officials and businessmen from the friendly country. Discussing interstate relations, the President of Turkmenistan and the Minister of Energy and Natural Resources noted that they continue to strengthen and grow.
The official visit of the President of Turkmenistan to Turkey and the upcoming summit are regarded as another step to deepen traditional cooperation. The parties intend to consider expanding the horizon of mutual interests and find the most effective and time-demanded formats and mechanisms to fill them with practical content given the high-priority tasks of development of the two countries.
