A delegation of the major agricultural and energy companies of Turkey arrived in Kyrgyzstan at the invitation of the Consulate General of Kyrgyzstan in Antalya, the Telegram channel of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan reports.
The business programme included talks with the high-ranking officials of Kyrgyzstan. The parties discussed the prospects for boosting bilateral economic cooperation in the energy, agriculture, trade and investment sectors.
The Turkish businessmen were encouraged to take an active part in implementing economic diversification projects in Kyrgyzstan, setting up joint ventures and adopting advanced technologies.
The delegation visited a number of successful industrial enterprises and production facilities. Following the meetings, the Turkish businessmen expressed interest in establishing close, mutually beneficial cooperation in all areas discussed.
