Chairman of Halk Maslakhaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov noted that President Serdar Berdimuhamedov took part in the groundbreaking ceremony of the 2nd construction stage of Arkadag City in the summer. The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution on the selection of subcontracts. Members of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs are involved in the project, among others.
