Minister of Employment and Poverty Reduction of Uzbekistan Bekhzod Musaev met with a delegation of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) to discuss a project aimed at developing skills important for a modern economy. The project costs $93 million, the press office of the Government of Uzbekistan reported to CentralAsia.news.
The project aims to enhance the competitiveness of the sectors of Uzbekistan’s industry. This project envisages training young people and unemployed job seekers to contribute to their professional growth.
The meeting focused on other important issues, including strengthening Uzbekistan-ADB partnerships on human capital development in the Republic. The parties also considered implementing new joint initiatives in the future.
