Uzbekistan Airways continues to strengthen its fleet with new modern aircrafts. This time, the carrier has engaged China Aircraft Leasing Group Holdings Ltd. (CALC) to deliver a new Airbus A320neo aircraft on a long-term lease. The corporate meeting of the new aircraft took place at the Islam Karimov International Airport in Tashkent, Uzbekistan Airways reported.
This deal launched long-term partnerships between Uzbekistan Airways and CALC. CEO of CALC Mike Poon noted that Uzbekistan is the company’s first partner in Central Asia, which opens up new opportunities for promoting partnerships in this region.
The Airbus A320neo is one of the most popular aircrafts in the world. It is highly cost-effective and safe and also considered the most eco-friendly due to the reduced nitrogen emissions into the atmosphere. Its advanced technologies contribute to lowering fuel consumption and harmful emissions, allowing for more eco-friendly transportation.
