The Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Paris Maksat Charyev spoke with the head of the Director of the Department of Continental Europe of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of France Brice Roquefeuil. They discussed plans for the upcoming joint meetings on the development of partnerships in economy and energy, as reported by the Embassy of Turkmenistan on the social network.
A meeting of the intergovernmental Turkmen-French commission for economic cooperation will take place soon. A meeting of the Turkmen-French working group on cooperation in the energy sphere will be held in the near future as well. The officials noted that these events will expand the mutual understanding of the countries in the corresponding areas.
In addition, Maksat Charyev and Brice Roquefeuil discussed the current level of interstate relations in politics, diplomacy, trade, investment, culture, as well as in the humanitarian field. The Ambassador of Turkmenistan and the representative of the French Foreign Ministry paid special attention to the arrangement of high-level visits.
