Ruslan Tatikov explained that the grant will be used to train civil servants and promote relations between the two countries.

«I want to note that I am a graduate of this programme. It will give our civil servants an opportunity to gain knowledge and experience, learn about the customs and traditions of the Japanese people and use this experience to boost economic development of the Kyrgyz Republic,» the Deputy Minister of Finance said.
