In accordance with the programme, 10th and 11th graders will receive school education together with a working specialty at any of professional colleges. Training in 16 specialties, including welding, cooking, baking, interior design and maintenance, repair and operation of vehicles will be offered to senior schoolchildren to choose. 2-hour classes will be held daily. Two colleges were selected in each of the regions of the country to provide specialty training to senior schoolchildren.

Schoolchildren from Akmola Region will be the first to join the project. Their classes will be held at the college of construction and technology in Kokshetau and the Higher College in Stepnogorsk.

Schools have developed a curriculum, hired teachers and prepared classrooms for new lessons. After leaving school, graduates will receive a specialty training certificate and enter the labour market.
