Fodder factory opens in Kyrgyzstan

A new fodder factory in Chui Region of Kyrgyzstan has started working. This factory created 50 jobs and has started supplying fodder to several farms, MIR 24 reported.

The factory is fully automated, and the computer-aided manufacturing process is managed from the control room. Specialists can start or stop four-storey mechanisms with one click.

Manufacturing equipment was delivered from Turkey and complies with EU fodder manufacturing requirements. A specialist from Russia helped set up the manufacturing process. The factory produces pellets into grits, which are useful for younger chicks. A layer of fat or oil can be applied to the granules. The granulator has a capacity to produce 10 tonnes per hour, and the capacity of the production line is 20 tonnes per hour.

Currently, the factory produces cattle and poultry feed. Its maximum capacity is 200 tonnes per day. It buys most of raw materials from local farmers. Currently, the factory is focusing on the domestic market. However, it is planning to expand production.
