A Chinese business delegation arrived in Dushanbe on a working visit. It represented the Jilin Cultural Exchange Company from the Fujian Province. They met with the employees of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Tajikistan to consider boosting the export of Tajik agricultural products to China, the press office of the Ministry of Economy reported to CentralAsia.news.
Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade Akhliddin Nuriddinzoda suggested that the Chinese businessmen start supplying eco-friendly agricultural products from Tajikistan to the Fujian Province.
He focused on the prospects for expanding interstate cooperation in digital transformation, e-commerce, the green economy and agriculture. The participants in the talks considered building up cooperation in the transport and logistics sectors and setting up joint industrial ventures, including in the FEZ of Tajikistan.
Following the talks, the participants expressed their readiness to build up the mutually beneficial partnerships between Tajikistan and the People’s Republic of China.
