The event «Turkmen woman — a pattern example in public and state activities» took place at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan. The participants of the event discussed the role of the fair sex in modern Turkmenistan, as well as their importance within state activities at the international level. It was noted that the local authorities take care of women and raise their status in society.
Particular attention was paid to the growing role of the relevant category of citizens in the various aspects of national development, in particular in culture, education, and environmental protection. The emphasis was also placed on the importance of mothers in the formation of young citizens of the country.
Within the framework of the forum, it was underlined that the constitution and relevant acts guarantee the protection of women’s rights in Turkmenistan.
