At a meeting in Arkadag city, Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov instructed the officials to expand the scope of work of the Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship. He noted the importance of developing international cooperation and establishing the production of medicines, «Turkmenistan today» reports.
Berdimuhamedov recalled that the foundation sent aid to children who were affected by the strong earthquakes in the Republic of Turkey. According to him, the organization will continue to provide international humanitarian assistance. The foundation also plans to establish the production of medicines and food for children.
The provision of the charter and the work of the economic management will be improved, a modern legal base of the organization will be created. The foundation will initiate joint work with the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan. The head of the Halk Maslakhaty stressed that at the moment the organization cooperates with the Health and Rehabilitation Center named after Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov in Arkadag city.
In the future, the foundation will get its own website, which will contain information about the corresponding work.
