On February 20, Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic Akylbek Japarov met with Deputy Chairman of the Eurasian Development Bank’s Management Board Tigran Sargsyan to discuss the prospects for strengthening cooperation on the projects of mutual interest, the press office of the Government of Kyrgyzstan reports.
The parties signed a Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation between the Ministry of Digital Development of Kyrgyzstan and the Eurasian Development Bank.
The document aims to establish and promote effective and mutually beneficial cooperation on the projects, including joint ones.
The parties agreed to promote and strengthen cooperation in such areas as software development services for public administration and public services in Kyrgyzstan, e-commerce, digital cooperation and digital transformation in light industry, the development of digital infrastructure and green technologies and environmental monitoring.
