Representatives of business circles and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan took part in an online seminar, which was dedicated to mutual trade between the countries that are members of the CIS. The participants of the event discussed issues related to barriers in the relevant direction. It was reported by the press office of the executive committee of the Commonwealth.
Entrepreneurs from the Russian Federation, the Republic of Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan participated in the seminar as well. Director of the Economic Cooperation Department of the CIS Executive Committee Mikhail Myskin was the main speaker.
The participants of the seminar agreed that there are obstacles within mutual trade between the Commonwealth member states that need to be eliminated through the adoption of additional measures. This work will involve not only businessmen but also representatives of the chambers of commerce and industry of the respective countries.
The entrepreneurs also considered the possibility of creating a group of representatives of economic departments and business circles of the CIS member countries to solve the above problem.
