In Turkmenistan, the results of the talent contest among children «The most charming girl 2022» were made public. Two, three and four grade students at secondary and specialized schools took part in the competition. A 4th grade student Gulendam Merdanova became the winner. It was reported by «MIR 24» TV channel on March 18.
The competition consisted of four stages. The first round was held at schools on February 5-15, the second one — in the regions and cities on February 21-28, the third one — in Ashgabat and regions on March 2-10, the final round was held in the capital.
The young participants had to demonstrate their ability to recite poems and sing songs. In addition, they had to show the Turkmen national clothes, the art of needlework. The winners were awarded certificates and gifts.

According to the results of the previous competition last year, the status of the most charming girl was given to Enekabe Akmammedova, a third grade student at the specialized secondary school No. 43 in Yoloten district, Mary province.
