In an interview to the state news agency «TASS», Alexander Blokhin, the Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Ashgabat, shared the expectations of the Russian authorities from Turkmenistan after the election of a new head of the Central Asian state. Particular attention was paid to the foreign policy within the status of neutrality.
