On March 9, President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon arrived to the Arab Republic of Egypt for an official visit. He met with the top managers of Gypto Pharma that manufactures pharmaceutical products and T&C Garments that manufactures denim and non-denim apparel, the press office of the President of Tajikistan reports.
The President of Tajikistan told the businessmen about the unique nature of the Central Asian country, medicinal plants and flowers that grow on the territory of Tajikistan. He emphasised that Dushanbe is ready to cooperate with the above-mentioned pharmaceutical company.
The talks with the T&C Garments representatives focused on the potential of such natural resources as cotton and cotton fibre, as well as the quality of Tajik fabrics.
Tajikistan and Egypt have established strong partnerships in trade, economy, education and other spheres that continue to develop with every passing year. Recently, Dushanbe and Cairo have agreed to cooperate in the energy sector.
