On March 7, President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev delivered a congratulatory speech to women of the Republic of Kazakhstan on International Women’s Day, the press office of Akorda reported to CentralAsia.news.
The President noted that the wonderful spring holiday embodies a hymn to beauty, good nature and love. He said ample opportunities for self-realisation of women have been created in the country, and women fulfil themselves in the fields of education, healthcare, culture and sports. Many women work at industrial plants and law enforcement agencies, the President said.
Tokayev also noted that women of Kazakhstan hold management positions at state agencies and large holdings, they reach great heights in business activity and the social and political life of the country.
The leader of Kazakhstan underscored the invaluable contribution of mothers who bring up the younger generation devoted to the Motherland. The President noted that women of Kazakhstan show outstanding professionalism and a great sense of responsibility in different spheres of activity. Tokayev expressed belief that their creative energy will always be the driving force of new Kazakhstan.
