Strict measures have been taken to fight against those who have become enriched at the expense of the state. As a result of the disclosure of corruption schemes, about 8 billion soms in cash and property have been returned to the state, and high-ranking officials and employees of the judicial and law enforcement agencies have been detained and brought to justice since last October.
This year, citizens have received loans worth over 20 billion soms, 72% of which were directed to the regions, the President reported.
