Innovations were developed as part of the «Digital Solution 2021» competition.
IT specialists of Turkmenistan take an active part in the competition of innovative projects «Digital Solution 2021». The event is held by the Turkmenaragatnashyk agency. Among the presented innovations are the chess-playing robot, robotic arms and smart clothes. It was reported by the «MIR 24» TV channel on November 9.
The chess-playing robot was created by a student at the Oguz Han Engineering and Technology University of Turkmenistan. The invention was based on the principle of integration of artificial intelligence. A similar device can be used in training for a chess competition, if there is no one to play with, said the university student. During the presentation of the robot, it was emphasized that such a specialist can be used in industry as well.
The robotic arms created by another student can carry hazardous substances, namely chemicals. In this case, a human can avoid the corresponding risk by using this innovation.
Ismail Hakimov, an engineer and creator of a sorter robot, noted that he had long dreamed of making such an assistant for a person. The robot can be trusted with harvesting in greenhouses or sorting goods in a factory.
— Now such robots are widely used in the industry, but my project is different. One robot, like a brain, distributes the load, and the other is responsible for the force — it lifts and puts the load in the right place, — said Khakimov.
Another interesting innovation is smart clothes. It can measure body temperature, blood pressure and heart rate. The clothes were designed by Maksat Nurmamedov, a student at the Turkmen National Institute of Foreign Languages, named after Dovletmmamet Azadi. He used special sensors.
— A person does not need separate devices for measuring body data, my goal was to combine all this in one place. The sensors can be connected to a mobile phone and other gadgets, — said Nurmamedov.
Students' creativity will be judged by the jury tomorrow, November 10th. A total of 250 IT enthusiasts are participating in the corresponding competition. Many developers are school students.
