Recommendation posters will be placed in 22 cultural parks across the region.
On October 22, Head of the Sughd Region Department of Culture Bakhtiyor Kasymov noted at a meeting of the Department of Culture in Khujand that he was dissatisfied with the work done by the departments of culture in the cities and districts of the region to fulfil their tasks, Sugdnews reports.
He said the work to place explanatory posters was not done in a proper manner, since most of the park managers had not followed the instructions.
The Head of the Sughd Region Department of Culture instructed that recommendation posters be placed in 22 parks across the region. Now, these posters are placed in a few parks only.
The Sughd Region Department of Culture is promoting an initiative to place special posters with the guidelines on the Tajik dress code in all public places across the region.
Kasymov noted earlier that young residents wore inappropriate outfits in public places and at cultural institutions increasingly frequently.
He also said mobile libraries would be organised in the parks of culture and recreation.
