The President expressed belief that the 21st century would belong to Asia if the states were able to develop an exclusive and constructive methodology and take on serious obligations and responsibility. He emphasised that great hopes were pinned on the CICA as the only forum capable of constructing a new model of Asian security and common prosperity in the fulfilment of these tasks.
