President receives US Ambassador to Kazakhstan completing his diplomatic mission

Tokayev thanked Moser for his contribution to expanding strategic cooperation between the Republic and the United States.

On October 5, President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev met with United States Ambassador William Moser, who was completing his diplomatic mission to Kazakhstan. The leader of Kazakhstan expressed sincere gratitude to the US politician for his valuable contribution to expanding bilateral cooperation between Kazakhstan and the United States, the press office of the President of Kazakhstan reported to CentralAsia.news.

“I would like to express my gratitude to you for your excellent work as the United States Ambassador. Your state was among the first countries to recognize independence of Kazakhstan. We will never forget it,” Tokayev emphasised.

The leader of Kazakhstan said the Republic was always ready to take practical steps to promote constructive partnerships with the United States for the benefit of the friendly peoples of the states.

The American politician thanked the President for providing support and assistance to his activities in Kazakhstan and highly evaluated ongoing political and economic reforms. He also informed about Washington’s commitment to ensuring stability and security in the Central Asian region.
