The President of Turkmenistan focused on textile, food and souvenir products.
On September 20, President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held an expanded meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers. He was informed about the preparations for the meeting of the Halk Maslahaty and the celebration of the 30th anniversary of independence. The head of the state directed to provide delegates with domestic products, as reported by «Turkmenistan Today».
Berdimuhamedov noted that the participants of the Halk Maslahaty need to be provided with Turkmen textile, food and souvenir products. Specific instructions in this direction were given to the deputy prime minister Chary Gylyjov.
The official noted that the Ministry of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations is currently working on the preparation of presents for the participants of the meeting. According to him, an exhibition dedicated to the anniversary of independence will be held at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry on September 21-22. It was organized by ministries, departments, as well as city and regional administrations, he added.
The President stressed that the delegates must be provided with high quality products only.
