The President gave instructions to the Minister of Justice Begmurat Muhamedov at a working meeting.
On September 15, President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held a working meeting with the head of the Ministry of Justice, Begmurat Muhamedov. They discussed the main vectors for the further development of national legislation, paying special attention to countering the coronavirus pandemic, as reported by «Turkmenistan Today».
According to the president, the country is actively cooperating with WHO in the field of health care. At the same time, the authorities consider work on improving people's health as one of the most promising vectors of the state policy, he added.
Berdimuhamedov stressed that in the current conditions, Muhamedov needs to expand work on improving legislation in the field of combating COVID-19.
As of September 15, the Central Asian state reported no cases of the infection. The Ministry of Health recommended that citizens, in order to prevent infection, should eat noodles with pepper, drink tea with licorice root according to a recipe from the book by the head of the state «Medicinal Plants of Turkmenistan» on a regular basis.
