Maripov allocates 50,000 soms to Zoo administration in Issyk-Kul Region

Maripov noted the importance of providing all kinds of support and assistance to the unique zoo.

Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic Ulukbek Maripov made a working trip to Issyk-Kul Region. The Chairman of the Government visited the Bugu Ene Zoo in Karakol. Maripov allocated 50,000 soms from his reserve fund to the Zoo administration, the press office of the Government of Kyrgyzstan reported.

The Chairman of the Government instructed that the local authorities provide all kinds of assistance to the Zoo and the Ministry of Emergencies assist it in rehabilitation and restoration work after the recent floods.

The Prime Minister met with residents of Teploklyuchenka village. The population of the village is over 14,000 people, half of whom do not have their own homes. Since 1991, land transformation issues have not been resolved in the village. In accordance with the government decree, 99 hectares of land have been transformed and will be distributed among local people.

Maripov visited the River Park in Karakol, built in 2017, that had been affected by mudslide. The Prime Minister allocated over 50,000 soms to the Park administration from his reserve fund and instructed to speed up the estimation of damage caused.
