Kyrgyzstan authorities to help doctors and teachers buy homes

Japarov inspected the current capacities of the hospitals in Bishkek and Chui Region to respond to a potential upsurge in new coronavirus cases.

On April 15, President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov visited the hospitals in Chui Region and Bishkek. The leader of the country inspected the current capacities of these health care facilities to respond to a potential third wave of the coronavirus pandemic, the press office of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.

The President inspected the working conditions of the medical staff and the stocks of medicines and equipment and visited the red zones in the hospitals.

The President visited the National Hospital that was currently accommodating 84 coronavirus patients and had an adequate supply of medical equipment and medicines.

Sadyr Japarov had a meeting with the medical staff at the National Hospital. He said the Government was working on the plan to simplify access to state mortgage lending, which would make low interest loans available to doctors and teachers of the country and help them buy a home.

The President had a meeting with the local people, who told him about the challenges they were facing.
