The parties plan to consider prospects for further cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Russia in various spheres.
On February 24, President of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov, within the framework of his visit to Moscow, will meet with the leader of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin. During the meeting, the heads of the countries will discuss the current situation with the cooperation between states, as well as the possibilities for further development of Kyrgyz-Russian collaboration in various fields, as reported by the press office of the Kremlin.
The presidents plan to consider the prospects for cooperation in the spheres of politics, trade, economy, as well as in the cultural and humanitarian spheres. They will also discuss issues related to interaction within the framework of integration associations in the Eurasian space.
Earlier it was reported that during the visit, Japarov will have meetings with Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, Federation Council Chairman Valentina Matvienko, and the State Duma Chairman Vyacheslav Volodin.
It should be added that the newly appointed President of Kyrgyzstan will make his first foreign visit to Russia as head of the state on February 24-25.
