The leader of the United States hopes that the countries will strengthen partnerships in the fight against terrorism. The US President also expressed the hope that the countries will continue to cooperate in the fight against terrorism in Afghanistan. He marked that it is necessary to ensure security and peace in the IRA. Trump also said that the United States will continue to support Tajikistan in the fight against the COVID-19 and rebuilding the economy hit by the pandemic.
It must be added that Independence Day in Tajikistan will be celebrated without concerts and mass festivities. The decision was made by the government to prevent an increase in the number of new COVID-19 cases.
