As a part of the conversation, Berdimuhamedov raised the issue of the coronavirus pandemic. He noted the importance of consolidating intergovernmental efforts in this direction. The Turkmen leader said that the country is ready to actively work with the world community to develop new methods of fighting coronavirus.
In the frame of the talks, the parties also discussed expanding cooperation in the economic and humanitarian spheres.
It should be mentioned that to date Turkmenistan has a favorable epidemiological situation. At the same time, the MOH of the country recommended that citizens wear medical masks due to the increased content of dust in the air.
