On May 13, Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, Head of the President’s Administration Akylbek Zhaparov set priority tasks at a meeting at the Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology and Technical Supervision, the press office of the Government of Kyrgyzstan reports.
The Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers criticized the Ministry for not fulfilling the tasks set in 2022.
The participants reported on the work done by the Ministry in the first quarter. Minister Melis Turgunbaev reported on 3 main areas of his activity and set the goals and objectives for 2023.
Akylbek Zhaparov criticized the work of the Ministry of Ecology. He said the Ministry failed to achieve all the goals and objectives set a year ago.
«There are 6 deputy ministers in the ministry, but it is still not clear who does what. You were given a specific task: to develop mechanisms for monitoring and registration of natural resources of the Republic, I haven’t seen any results of this work so far,» the Prime Minister emphasised.
The Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers instructed the Ministry to put things in order. Zhaparov gave 30 days the Ministry of Ecology to full the tasks.
