Turkmen team takes second place at robotics competition

The capital of the Republic of Azerbaijan hosted international competitions in informatics and robotics. Among the participants of the competition were representatives from Turkmenistan. The team managed to take second place. It was reported by «MIR 24» internet portal.

Maksat Kakajanov, a student of secondary specialized school No. 97 in the capital of Turkmenistan, presented a small rescue robot. An automated machine is able to search for objects and take them to a given destination. The process is implemented via satellite communications.

A fourth-year student at the Turkmen State University named after Magtymguly Shovket Shohradov presented a smart software that helps the user to choose a future career path by answering questions. The platform consists of questions on psychology and programming.

In March next year, the winners from Turkmenistan will take part in international robotics competitions in the capital of Great Britain.
