On December 20-21, Chairman of the Agency for State Financial Control and Combating Corruption of Tajikistan Sulaimon Sultonzoda visited Jeddah to participate in the first Ministerial Meeting of Anti-corruption Law Enforcement Agencies in the OIC Member States. Addressing the meeting, he said Tajikistan is ready to cooperate with international organisations combating corruption, the press office of the Agency reported to CentralAsia.news.
Reporting on the anti-corruption policy of Tajikistan, Sultonzoda emphasised that one of the key aspects of the internal and foreign policy of the Republic is to combat any manifestations of corruption.
“Our country is ready to combat fruitful cooperation with international organisations and departments that counter this negative phenomenon,” the politician said.
The participants were unanimous that the meeting is a good opportunity to discuss issues of mutual interest and establish business relations with the relevant agencies of the OIC Member States.
