On December 8, Bishkek will host the International Documentary Film Festival of the CIS Member States Eurasia.DOC with the support of the Interstate Fund for Humanitarian Cooperation of the Commonwealth of Independent States, the press office of the CIS Executive Committee reported to CentralAsia.news.
The Festival, which is scheduled to take place within the walls of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University, will show 32 films. These films are produced in 12 states.
The themes of the Film Festival programme cover the 100th anniversary of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, global security, information warfare and Greater Eurasian Partnership.
The event will be presented as part of the Day of Greater Eurasian at the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University. The audience will also have the opportunity to watch the political musical “Hello, Integration!” produced by the teaching staff and students of this higher educational institution.
