On November 9, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov attended the opening ceremony of the landslide complex in the south of the capital city of Turkmenistan, a CentralAsia.news correspondent reported from Ashgabat.
The implementation of the urban development programme is one of the key aspects of the national development strategy pursued by the Turkmen leader. The programme envisages adopting global advances and innovations in the construction industry and creating the most comfortable living conditions for citizens of the country.
In accordance with the programme, social, cultural, administrative, industrial and other facilities are being built throughout Turkmenistan to form modern urban and rural infrastructures.
In March 2020, the Ashgabat Hyakimlik signed a construction contract of a landslide complex in the south of the city with Russian Vozrozhdenie Production Association Joint-Stock Company.
