Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Swiss Confederation Jamshed Khamidov presented the investment opportunities of his country at a solemn event marking the 31st anniversary of independence of Tajikistan in Geneva and Zurich, the press office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan reports.
The presentation was organised by the Embassy of Tajikistan in Switzerland and the company Mikro Kapital.
Khamidov told the guests about the achievements of Tajikistan in the epoch of independence and informed them about economic stability of Tajikistan.
The participants learned about the investment opportunities of Tajikistan in the industrial, energy, tourism, services and other economic sectors.
In his opening remarks at the conference, the Ambassador noted that such events contribute to boosting trade and economic cooperation, enhancing export potential, attracting investments, importing modern technologies and strengthening bilateral economic and investment cooperation.
