Moscow endorses agreement on recognition of COVID-19 vaccination certificates with Dushanbe

Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin instructed to sign an agreement on mutual recognition of COVID-19 vaccination certificates with Tajikistan. The order of the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers is placed on the official legal information portal.

The agreement on mutual recognition of COVID-19 vaccination certificates was concluded through the exchange of Notes between the Cabinet of Ministers of the Russian Federation and the Government of Tajikistan.

The agreement was initiated by the RF Ministry of Health and endorsed with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and other federal executive departments of the Russian Federation.

This initiative was agreed upon with Tajikistan.

The draft Note says Russia and Tajikistan agree not to apply COVID-19 restrictions to holders of vaccination certificates issued in the territory of both states, as well as to children and adolescents up to the age of 18 who do not have vaccination certificates.
