The employees of the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in Turkey participated in the 24th International Culture and Art Festival “Anadolu Days” that runs from August 26 to September 5, 2022. The event was organised by Etimesgut Municipality in Ankara, the press office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan reports.
An exhibition pavilion, which was arranged for the annual festival, features the photographs illustrating the ancient history, rich culture and picturesque nature of Kyrgyzstan.
The exhibits also demonstrate the traditional way of life and the national dishes of the Kyrgyz people.
On August 27, the Culture and Art Festival hosted the Days of Kyrgyzstan, which included the demonstration of the films about Kyrgyzstan and the performance of the Kyrgyz national dance.
Over 5,000 residents and guests of the capital of Turkey attended the event.
Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan Kubanychbek Omuraliev and Etimesgut Mayor Enver Demirel addressed the guests at the closing ceremony of the Days of Kyrgyzstan.
